Hi. I'm the founder of High Functioning Burnout and the creator of a unique physical modality called Somatic Strength Training. My approach wasn’t built in a lab or a classroom, but through my own lived experience navigating chronic illness, burnout, and the process of unmasking.

I cannot speak about this work without addressing how capitalism and the patriarchy contribute to creating illness in the bodies of neurodivergent women

I have spent the last decade studying how chronic   dysregulation and unprocessed emotions can create marked physical and mental illness and set the body on "autopilot" for recurring stress.

 For years, I tried to force my body to comply with the unrealistic standards that demand constant output, regardless of internal capacity. After decades of masking and high performing...I hit burnout. And it was ugly,

Through my own recovery journey, I realized that for chronically dysregulated people, traditional training often just adds more stress to an already overloaded system. I learned that true strength isn't about overriding your body’s signals—it’s about learning to work with them.

This practice combines breath, strength, myofascial release, and emotional regulation.

By honoring the body's fluctuating needs, I help clients slowly increase their "window of tolerance"—expanding their capacity to handle stress, movement, and life without shutting down or burning out. 

My work proves that regulation and strength are not opposites; they are prerequisites for one another.

I currently offers three ways to engage with this work:

  • A low-barrier strength membership for accessible, regulated movement.
  • Custom coaching for deeply personalized support.
  • An all-inclusive educational and mindset membership launching this spring, designed to provide the full ecosystem of tools needed for long-term recovery.
